I discovered that MS can't display mp4 files properly in Teams so when I saw MS Stream I thought maybe they decided to re-write basic functionaliy and I could post videos hosted in Stream. The image is well within the 1024x1024 and 1mb size (.png). This image is hosted in a folder in SharePoint. Also, the image displays fine on the web.
