I also tried the Scantool windows software which only worked intermittently. After the first attempt it seems the bluetooth connection is lost. In order to reconnect I need to remove the device from recognized bluetooth devices in windows and re-pair from scratch.

I had mine set too 115000 in FoCCCus and the com port was set to 128000 (or whatever the highest speed my rocketfish bluetooth adapter could run at).
