Dead dozer. Use an explosive weapon to stun his ass to play it safe if you have to. i am not going with my flamethrower against a bulldozer mate..

As for yakuza, ictv + frenzy and it will work fine. for stealth. It's bonuses are almost entirely irrelevant in loud.
