This mod turns Dead Money into something more of a survival horror experience while still keeping the lore and theme of the DLC alive. Using the expansion from A World of Pain, this mod adds over 30 enemy types to the Sierra Madre, changes some armors, and adds 5 new melee weapons.

If it is not working then either you have the DLC later or not loaded at all.
