Blazor css isolation doesn't work
WebI wanted to use this kind of CSS Tooltip on my page. I started looking at Blazor CSS isolation and created a Component with the rules in a separate file. Cool, that works, but now my CSS is only in scope within that Component, so I extended this Component to use a RenderFragment so that I can "wrap" anything and place a tooltip on it. Correct, it should work by default if your ASPNETCORE_ENVIRONMENT variable is set to Development, and all other environments it needs manually called. If you're using this for production, you've likely done something you shouldn't be.
