WebApr 26, 2024 · In this article, we propose a new 1-bit compressive sensing (CS) based algorithm, i.e., the adversarial-sample-based binary iterative hard thresholding (AS-BIHT) algorithm, to improve the 1-bit radar imaging performance. First, we formulate a parametric model for 1-bit radar imaging with a new adjustable quantization level parameter. WebPropose Nesterov’s Accelerated Gradient for iterative hard thresholding for matrix completion. Analyze NAG-IHT with optimal step size and prove that the iteration complexity improves from O(1=˙ 2) to O(1=˙) after acceleration. Propose adaptive restart for sub-optimal step size selection that recovers the optimal rate of convergence in practice.
WebNormalized Iterative Hard Thresholding (NIHT) algorithm described as follows. Start with an s-sparse x0 2CN, typically x0 = 0, and iterate the scheme xn+1 = H s(x n+ nA (y Axn)) (NIHT) until a stopping criterion is met. The original terminology of Normalized Iterative Hard Thresholding used in [4] corresponds to the specific choice (where the ...
